On the edge of the lovely Quaker Village of Lincoln Virginia...in the heart of Loudoun County.
Abernethy & Spencer Greenhouse has thrived for over one hundred years.
5 acres of lovingly grown & nurtured trees, shrubs ... annuals & perennials decide to blossom between stone walls and paths. An old fashioned dry goods store packed with grass seed, organic supplements, statuary, unique garden art, trellises and pottery and an occasional purple watering can. Chickens roam between the rows of plants to keep everyone healthy!
Birdhouses, sweet smelling mulch and a variety of gravel...hard to find plantings and Virginia Zoned locals. Professional landscape designers and assistants from the neighborhood all make Abernethy & Spencer a lively place to visit and shop. Come see for yourself.
Location and Directions
The town of Lincoln is located south of Purcellville. Take Rte 7 to Purcellville exit. Go south on Rte 287 (Berlin Pike). Make right onto Rte 7 Business (Main St). Left at second light onto Maple. Maple becomes Lincoln Road. Greenhouse on the right.
